One paddy area finished; final dressing continued elsewhere

The fertiliser programme was complete in one main rice area. Work continued in the other main area, with the direct-sown and remaining blocks still to follow.
The resumed mixture for 1718 and Sonam was reported as 15 kg urea, 10 kg potash and 5 kg SSP per bigha. Sonam also received 3 kg of material described as zinc per bigha.
The 24 September update had named 10 kg SSP per bigha; this one named 5 kg. The reason for the change was not recorded.
