A plantation-wide 12:61:0 and chlorpyrifos spray began after insect activity had been reported on a few young banana plants. The mix was reported as 100 g of 12:61:0 and 50 mL chlorpyrifos per 15 L tank; the exact pesticide formulation was not recorded.
